REFUND POLICY

Since theSEObar.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable products we do not issue refunds once the order is performed and the product and/or service is delivered, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you have carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demo.

However, we are aware that some circumstances can occur under which we are to review a refund request. With regard to the specific character of the product we provide, there are reasons, upon which a REFUND REQUEST can be applied: 

• Non-delivery of the product and/or service: in case some mailing issues occur and an e-mail with a download link is not delivered to you, please contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our team in writing within 7 days from the order placing date.

• Major bugs and defects: when you stably encounter an error which is preventing you from using our product and/or service properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations. Such issues must be submitted to our team’s approval.

• Product and/or service not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our team within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. 

Please make sure you carefully read the product’s and/or service’s description and documentation before you place your order to verify that the product and/or service you are purchasing satisfies your needs. 

We will send you an e-mail to notify whether you are eligible for a refund based on the proof of purchase you provided. 

If your request for a refund is confirmed, the money will be processed to your credit card account within 2 to 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility. 

Our company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
